Nice restaurant in a strip mall on the southeast side. Really nice bar and lots of TVs. Sports memorabilia on the walls and a patio too. Bar like atmosphere and a large menu. E we started with the jalapeño cheese Balls. They were spicy and had ranch for dipping. For lunch we had wings. Three were mild sauce so they weren't spicy but had a good taste. Fish and chips. Nice white fish, very crispy and flakey. The fries were good and crunchy with a nice potato flavor. And a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. It was a little thicker than I like. Lots of cheese and toppings. Sauce is sweet. The waitress was very nice and took care of us all the time. Prices weren't too bad and the experience was very nice.

The potato skins were good, coke was fresh. The only complaints was the A1 has some weird growth in the side of it, and the paper and salt shakers are dirty and the pizza do not recommend to buy no flavor. Over all would return just would like to see a little more cleaner environment. Server had an outstanding attitude and checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. Seemed like the bar got more attention than the regular seating.

My first visit to Flashbacks was yesterday. I had lunch with two friends. I ordered bone-in chicken wings and they were excellent. Good wings in restaurants are hard to find these days. Usually under cooked and rubbery or so big they look like they just came off a big bird. Flashbacks serving was 10 wings with celery and they were by far the best I've had since wings were given away free at taverns. When my friends and I were there, a gentleman was photographing about every dish on the menu for their Door Dash add so afterwards the owner would lay the various items out on a big long table so I got to see about everything. From pizza to burgers to salads to the very large breaded tenderloin sandwich one of my friends enjoyed, everything looked delicious. Their only downfall was their ice tea which like a lot of restaurants was bad (I'll let them know this next time I visit). I was told their pint domestic drafts were $3 and bottle beer, I saw advertised on the wall is $2 on some days. Needless to say, I will return and bring some friends. Finally, I was a little reluctant to go here because I live in Greenwood and Flashbacks is located at the intersection of Southport and Shelbyville Roads. However, I took I65 and after "wheeling" it on my odometer, I found it only to be 1.3 miles east of I65 so not too bad. About 25 minutes to Center Grove or west of Greenwood.

We visited for the 1st time yesterday & enjoyed it! We had the pretzel bites (no pic) for an appetizer & they were salty & delicious! For our entrees we did the sirloin with loaded baked potato & green beans which were all very good. The cheeseburger & fries were OK. The kids mini corn dogs & fries were enjoyed by our son.

This place is a little out of the way but worth it. We did online ordering it and picked it up. It only took 30 minutes. I've never eaten inside but I did notice the bar while I was picking up my food - it kinda reminded me of the Cheers bar. The serving sizes are humongous. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and the homemade chips which came with homemade ranch. The ranch and chips were amazing and the buffalo sauce was just the right amount of spicy. My brother had the bacon and bleu cheeseburger. He said it was the best cheeseburger he'd ever had. My mom had the tenderloin and said it was probably the best she's had. And that the cole slaw was excellent. I would definitely eat there again- maybe watch a Colts game when that's a thing again. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu.

This is a great local spot on the southside. They are offering pick up during this time of covid for anyone looking for options. It's Friday and they are taking orders till 8:45. First time venturing out for food and wanted to support local. Everything on the menu is awesome and they have a great deal for a filet meal with 2 sides. Stay safe out there! Also great options I've had: French onion soup, the filet meals above, buffalo chicken wrap, huge salads and they are all good, fish sandwich.
